What we do

Sea & Sunlife markets coastal property across Europe. We work for developers and licensed agents who have good properties but no reach in the German-speaking market — and for buyers looking for an apartment or a house by the sea who do not know where to start.

Our work lies in between: presenting properties clearly, in several languages, with images, video and 360° tours. Making them visible where people search — in search engines, on portals and increasingly in AI assistants. And passing on enquiries so that both sides quickly know whether it fits.

Why we are not an agent

We do not broker. Contracts are concluded between you and the owner or developer, and so are commissions. We hold no funds and are never a party to a contract.

This is not a formality but our business model: we earn from marketing, not from brokerage. So we have no interest in selling you something that does not fit — only in the right people finding the right properties.

Where we come from

We started in Cyprus, in the east of the island around Protaras and Paralimni. We know that market, its developers and its locations first hand — and that is still where most of our listings are.

Our ambition reaches further: sun and sea exist on many European coasts. Greece has joined, and we are building up Croatia, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
