Cyprus is the easternmost island in the Mediterranean and the place where it all began for us. Around 320 days of sunshine a year, swimming weather in April, T-shirt temperatures still in November.

The legal system follows the English model, purchase contracts are lodged with the Land Registry, and English is a working language alongside Greek. For buyers from Germany and Austria this is the most straightforward route to a Mediterranean property.

Our focus is the east of the island: Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa on the coast, plus quieter inland locations and new developments around Larnaca.
